Privacy Policy

QAME Online System supports quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, learning and professional development activities, assessments, evaluations, Work Application Plans (WAP), certificates, and related administrative processes of the Schools Division Office of Davao Occidental.

Information we may collect

• Account and identity details such as name, position, school or office, and contact information.
• Training, attendance, assessment, evaluation, monitoring, WAP, and certificate records.
• Files or evidence uploaded as part of an authorized QAME workflow.
• Security and audit information such as sign-in activity, timestamps, device/browser details, and system logs.

How information is used

Information is processed for legitimate QAME and DepEd purposes such as account administration, training and evaluation requirements, monitoring and reporting, certificate issuance and verification, quality assurance, audit, security, and technical support.

Access and sharing

Access is limited according to authorized roles and operational need. QAME does not sell personal information. Records may be accessed by authorized administrators, personnel, evaluators, monitors, reviewers, approvers, or other officials when required by the relevant workflow.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as required for legitimate operational, reporting, accountability, audit, records-management, or legal purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect QAME data.

Terms of Use

• Use your own account and provide accurate information.
• Use QAME only for authorized official activities.
• Do not access another user's account or restricted information without authorization.
• Do not upload malicious, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of QAME.
• Keep your password confidential and report suspected unauthorized access.

Assessments, submissions, and certificates

Responses, ratings, evidence, WAP submissions, monitoring data, and other records should be accurate and submitted in good faith. Certificates and QR verification information must not be altered, falsified, or misused.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and official records requirements, you may request appropriate assistance regarding access, correction, or other rights recognized under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
